HOT DRIVERS
- Thomas Wolfe-BBR-CHEVY- Thomas is a final four lock. 3 wins in the playoffs so far. To say he’s on fire is an understatement. With potential bracket buster for the championship, Steven Carlile, eliminated at the Roval, seems like smooth sailing for Thomas to walk home with the trophy.
- Zach Johnson-Palmetto-CHEVY-If survive and advance was a car, it would be the number 8. For the statisticians, they have seen this run coming from a mile away. With 5 start finishes in the top 7, seems as if a win is just over the horizon.
NOT DRIVERS
- Stephen Menke-FMS-FORD- Stephen and the 6 team have been a force to be reckoned with all season long. consistently a top 5 driver in the finish order and a stage points hog. Unfortunately, the last few races haven’t been too friendly to him. With only one top 10 in his last 4 races and a 19th place finish at the Roval due to a blown engine, the 6 team is grateful for a points reset. Let’s just hope they make the most out it.
